TRI-CAP is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and community action agency serving Dubois, Pike, and Warrick Counties in southern Indiana. Established in 1966, TRI-CAP works to meet the unmet service needs of the region. Funding for TRI-CAP comes from a mix of state, federal, and local resources. The organization is overseen by a 15-member Board of Directors, which includes representat
ion from low-income clients, the private sector, and public officials. Additionally, policy and advisory councils composed of local volunteers help guide TRI-CAP’s programs and services.
