Child grooming often starts with trust, attention, gifts, or secrets—not obvious danger.
Grooming can happen online, at school, in community activities, or through someone a child already knows. Knowing the warning signs can help protect children from exploitation and abuse.
Watch for:
• Secretive online behavior
• New "friends" they won't talk about
• Unexplained gifts or money
• Sudden changes in mood or behavior
• Excessive communication with an older individual

Go Jeeps! WIN STATE!
We want to wish the Northeast Dubois Jeeps the best of luck in the State Finals!
We're especially proud to cheer on these young men because Northeast Dubois participated in our Coaching Boys Into Men program. This program helps student-athletes develop strong character, leadership skills, respect, and healthy relationships both on and off the field. Through the influence of coaches and teammates, participants learn valuable lessons that help them succeed in sports, school, and life.
Congratulations on an incredible season, and good luck in the State Finals!

The Power and Control Wheel reminds us that abuse isn't only physical. It can include intimidation, emotional manipulation, isolation, financial control, coercion, threats, and other behaviors used to gain power over another person.

Recognizing these patterns can help people better understand unhealthy relationship dynamics and support those who may be experiencing abuse. Awareness is a step toward prevention, safety, and healthier relationships.

We had the opportunity to attend two wonderful community events this past weekend! We joined the 5th Annual Juneteenth Community Event hosted by Jasper Arts and the Family Fun Fair hosted by LHDS. Both events had fantastic attendance, and we truly enjoyed connecting with community members and sharing information about our resources. Thank you to everyone who stopped by!
