It is with deep sadness that we at YWCA USA mourn the passing of civil rights leader, United Farm Workers (UFW) co-founder, and elder Dolores Huerta, whose decades of organizing and unwavering commitment to justice transformed our country and inspired generations.

Today, we celebrate her extraordinary life, honor the movement she helped build, and recommit ourselves to carrying her legacy forward. 🧡

Jennifer Moran, we are so incredibly grateful for your support. We are extremely thankful for you hosting such a fun event to support our Walk a Mile Fundraising efforts with a generous $2,500 donation. On Tuesday, October 6, she hosted Girls Night for Good at Classic Cinemas Beloit, which was a private screening of Verity benefiting YWCA Rock County’s domestic violence programs.
