Wisconsin Chairman and Chapter Chairman, Bob Hornby, was recently recognized at the Scouting America's Glacier's Edge Council Recognition dinner with the National Eagle Scout Association Outstanding Alumni award for his years of service as a mechanical engineer, scouter, and Ducks Unlimited volunteer, and other community service along with his accomplishments and awards.
