Chautauqua Adult Day Services is deeply grateful for the continued commitment and generous support over the years of the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation. Their partnership has played a vital role in strengthening our programs and advancing our mission and this year's contribution continues the tradition of generosity!
Through a recent grant award, The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation has made a significant investment in both our organization and our future home, at 617 Central Avenue in Dunkirk. This new facility will provide the space needed to expand our services and better meet the growing need of individuals and families throughout our community.
The foundations support will help improve the comfort, accessibility, functionality and safety of the building, creating a welcoming environment for participants, caregivers and staff. These enhancements will allow us to offer more engaging programs, promote independence and dignity for those we serve and maintain a secure and supportive setting for daily activities and care.
