A place for girls to be encouraged, empowered, equipped, celebrated and loved!

Arise is a “home base” for girls (ages 11-18) in Chautauqua county to be encouraged, equipped, empowered, celebrated and loved - all with the underlying goal of preventing exploitation, human trafficking and abuse. We are currently in the process of launching a physical location in the city of Jamestown that will serve at our office/headquarters, as well as the hub for our programming including peer groups (Arise Circles), mentoring (not yet launched), life skills classes, counseling and groups provided by the Child Advocacy Program and connections to supports/resources in our community. We will also have a clothing closet, school supply closet, hygiene products, access to laundry and will try to make connections for other immediate needs.

Sign ups for our new Arise Circles are now open and we are so excited! ✨🩷

Arise Circles are peer groups for girls ages 11-18. Arise Circles were formed to equip, educate, empower, and celebrate girls in our area to be confident in who they were created to be! Arise Circles are consistent groups set up to walk with girls from the time they enter the circle through high school graduation. Circles focus on personal identity, coping with mental health, mental and physical wellness, boundaries, safe practices for social media, relationships, life skills, job and college prep and so much more. Arise Circles use an evidence based curriculum called, Girls Circle. Each circle has approximately 10 girls and is run by 3 trained and background checked women.

Spaces are limited and this is the only time we will be opening sign ups for the 2026-2027 calendar year!

We had the best night with our current and NEW Arise Circle and Arise Connect (something brand new coming soon 😍) leaders! We are so excited for what’s coming this year! What a gift it is to be a part of a group of women who are so passionate about helping girls take steps toward a bright future! ☀️💕

The girls are back together! 👏Tonight was the first Arise Circle gathering of the 2026-2027 program year! 💕☀️
We are excited to kick off a couple new Circles and a very exciting, brand new programming opportunity in the coming weeks! Stay tuned for info on how to get any girls ages 11-18 connected very soon! 🎉

We are excited to announce our free, no questions asked Homecoming Dress Shopping Experience! 🤩🪩👗
Any girl who will be attending Homecoming this year is invited to join us to shop a selection of dresses on Monday, September 14 from 4-8:00 pm.

38 girls from 6 school districts are back to school read after tonight’s Back to School Giveaway! 📚✏️
A special thank you to our volunteers who came to give haircuts and to help the girls “shop” for school supplies and new clothes! It was a great night! 💕☀️

Falcon Family- it's that time of year again where we host our Community Days games! Saturday 8/29 (2 wks) we will be hosting home games for all levels and we will have our annual basket raffle and bake sale, donating half our proceeds to a charity of our choice. This year we chose Arise Chautauqua! 🩷

We spoke with the founder, Jess McKeever, who is a huge part of our Falconer Family and this is what she said:

"The goal of Arise Chautauqua is to help all girls live healthy, whole and authentic lives free from abuse and exploitation through intentional connection to community, trusted adults and other support and resources.
Our programming includes Arise Circles (peer groups), Life-skills Classes, Celebrations, The Closet (free access to clothing, hygiene supplies, school supplies, etc.), counseling services in partnership with other local organizations and more! All programming is free and available to ALL girls ages 11 to 18."

Please consider donating a basket or item to raffle, or baked goods for us to sell! 🩷💛

This is one of our absolute best days as a program to be able to give back to our community! We are so honored to be able to come together as a group to help!
