This past Sunday, our seniors and staff had the opportunity to participate in Threads of Us, a powerful intergenerational series celebrating South Asian identity, resilience, and joy through storytelling, shared meals, and meaningful conversations.

Through connection, reflection, and community, participants explored the experiences that shape our collective South Asian journey. We are grateful to have been part of a space that honors our stories, fosters belonging, and brings generations together.

Today, our seniors proudly joined fellow advocates at LiveOn NY’s 31st Aging Advocacy Day outside City Hall Park to stand up for the needs of older New Yorkers. 💙💚

From affordable housing and nutrition services to culturally competent older adult centers, it was inspiring to see so many voices come together to advocate for aging with dignity, support, and community.

We are proud of our seniors for showing up, speaking out, and representing the strength of our community.
