We’re getting ready for a soft launch during the holiday season, spreading warmth, light, and community just in time for the holy days.

☕ Brewing Skills, Building Futures ☕

Our Spring 2025 cohort just kicked off barista training with company on Feb 5th, and it was more than just pulling espresso shots. They got an inside look at the coffee industry—from sourcing beans to the art of crafting the perfect cup. 🌍🔥

Big shoutout to Brooklyn Roasting for putting our youth partners on game and giving them hands-on experience in specialty coffee. Stay tuned—this is just the beginning! 🚀

Welcome to the Reconnect NYC Spring 2025 Cohort!

A new season, a new journey! We’re excited to welcome our newest youth partners as they embark on a transformative experience of growth, learning, and community.

They got straight to work in their social enterprise journeys—whether diving into HVAC systems, plumbing, and boiler work through Trade or stepping into the culinary program to hone their kitchen skills. Hands-on learning, real-world impact.

We then wrapped up with a powerful healing circle led by Dana Livingston, where one of our young men shared:

“We never get a space like this to talk about life, and thank you so much for listening and allowing this to happen.”

This is what building futures looks like!
