MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND: “THE FALLEN” WORKOUTS 🇺🇸💪
Our friends over at are hosting a series of Memorial Day workouts honoring our nation’s Fallen heroes. If you’re in the greater Jacksonville area, come out and join us for an incredible week of sweat, remembrance, and brotherhood.
The Fallen Workouts run Thursday through Monday (May 21–25).
Each day honors a different branch of service, and every rep is done with purpose.
This year, F3 will also be selling “The Fallen” patches, with proceeds benefiting Tackleberry’s Atlas Rising Initiative, supporting Veteran mental health.
Because honoring the Fallen also means taking care of the brothers and sisters still fighting battles at home. ❤️

WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Thursday May 21 – USMC
* 0530 Badlands AO – Manion WOD (Q: Tackleberry)
* 0630 HardNocs AO – Manion WOD
(7 rounds: 29 back squats w/ ruck or vest + 400m run)

Friday May 22 – Army
* 0600 Kook Ruck AO – Heavy Ruck honoring MSGT Gary Gordon & SFC Randy Shughart
(use extra weight/sandbags to symbolize extracting wounded)
Q’d by Snooze & Wapnah
Saturday May 23 – Navy
* 0700 HardNocs AO – Murph honoring Lt Michael Murphy (Navy SEAL)
(2 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats)
Modifications welcome.

Sunday May 24 – All Branches Honored
* 0600 Frontier Run or 0700 Kook Ruck
Q to honor a Fallen hero of your choice.
Monday May 25 – Memorial Day (Air Force + All Fallen)
* 0700 Mickler Landing – Burpee EMOM honoring SrA Mark Forester USAF SOC (“Jag-28”)
(28 minutes: 5 burpees every minute = 150 total)
Fallen hero names will be read between rounds.
Send names via text/DM ahead of time.
Coffeteria afterward.
Monday May 25 – Memorial Day
* 0700 Pool Party – Another chance to complete Murph, led by Jumanji
Research a Fallen service member and speak their name during COT.
