As we celebrate the Fourth of July, we are reminded that freedom is not just a word in our nation's history books. It is something that has been protected, defended, and preserved by generations of Americans willing to serve something greater than themselves.

Today, we honor those who have worn the uniform, those who continue to serve, and the military families who have stood beside them through deployments, moves, sacrifices, and uncertainty.

For many veterans, Independence Day carries a deeper meaning. It is a reminder of friendships formed in service, challenges overcome, and a commitment to values that continue long after military service ends.
