Scarlet Rope Project

Scarlet Rope Project SRP exists to provide a safe place for healing and restoration to survivors of human trafficking. ❤️

The Scarlet Rope Project exists to help women trapped in the world of s*x trafficking, prostitution, and s*xual exploitation. It is the mission of the Scarlet Rope Project to equip these women with the opportunity and tools necessary to make a life change and to help them take their next step. The Scarlet Rope Project team is made up of medical and mental health professionals, victim advocates, c

hurches and citizens within the community. The Scarlet Rope Projects is based in Jackson TN, Madison County but serves survivors from TN and neighboring states. The Scarlet Rope Project got it's name and draws it's mission from the story of Rahab in the book of Joshua.

Join us in celebrating one year of employment at SRP for our weekend advocate, Cheryl!
Cheryl has been a blessing to us in so many ways. We love her bubbly and adventurous spirit as she serves multiple missions, even outside of SRP. Her joyful personality, unwavering faith, and genuine care for others have made a lasting impact on our mission and the women we serve.
Thank you for your dedication, compassion, and willingness to walk alongside women on their healing journey. We are grateful for all the ways you serve with excellence and heart ❤

Red Sand Project is coming up and we'd love for you or your business to participate! Red Sand Project is a participatory global art initiative that raises awareness about human trafficking and modern slavery. Participants pour red sand into sidewalk cracks and other crevices to symbolize victims who have "fallen through the cracks" of society and are often overlooked.

For those participating, we will provide the sand beforehand!
If you or your business is interested, reach out to [email protected] or send us a DM!

We were honored to welcome staff from Restore Corps in Memphis, TN to visit the Scarlet Rope Project this week! It was a valuable opportunity to share our mission, discuss the work being done in our respective programs, and learn from one another's experiences serving survivors.

Collaboration is essential in this field, and conversations like these help strengthen our ability to provide quality care, support, and resources to those we serve. We are grateful for the opportunity to exchange ideas, celebrate successes, address challenges, and explore ways to strengthen our partnership moving forward!

One year of strength. One year of perseverance. One year of choosing growth and transformation.

Today, we celebrate three incredible residents as they mark one year with us. Through faith, community, trauma informed care, and unwavering support, Scarlet Rope walks alongside these women as they rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and hope.

This milestone represents so much more than time. It reflects perseverance through hard seasons, strength in the face of adversity, and the beauty of transformation one step at a time. Watching these women continue to grow into who they were always created to be is nothing short of inspiring.

A year of freedom. A year of restoration. A year worth celebrating.

A meaningful part of recovery is rebuilding trust, confidence, and connection. Our program encourages women to safely reengage with their community whether that’s meeting for coffee with a mentor or sharing a meal with peers.

To support these experiences, we’re collecting gift card donations that can be used for community outings and social activities. These simple moments create opportunities for survivors to practice independence, build healthy relationships, and reconnect in meaningful ways.
