Please join us in congratulating the cast of Finding Nemo KIDS! Today, these incredible young performers dove into camp with auditions, learned some of their first songs and choreography, met new friends, and officially began their journey to bringing this beloved story to life. We are so proud of each and every camper for their courage, creativity, and willingness to jump right in!

We would love for our community to come cheer them on at their final performance this Friday!

Can’t make the whole week? Join us for Tuesday! Our Special Summer Camp Workshop Week continues on Tuesday, June 30, and you’re welcome to register for just this workshop!

From 1:00–4:00 PM at The STAR Center, performers ages 8–18 will spend the afternoon cutting loose with one of musical theatre’s most energetic and dance-filled favorites. We’ll learn a high-energy production number while exploring vocals, choreography, acting, and performance skills.

If you’ve ever wanted to kick off your Sunday shoes, turn up the music, and dance like nobody’s watching, this is the workshop for you. Packed with big energy, great music, and plenty of movement, it’s sure to be one of the most exciting afternoons of the week.

Perfect for experienced performers and first-timers alike.

Today, we’re thrilled to officially unveil the poster for Jackson Theatre Guild’s production of Fiddler on the Roof!

One of the most beloved musicals ever written, Fiddler on the Roof tells the story of Tevye, a dairyman in the small village of Anatevka, as he struggles to hold on to tradition while the world around him changes. Filled with humor, heart, and unforgettable songs including Tradition, Matchmaker, If I Were a Rich Man, and Sunrise, Sunset, this timeless classic has captivated audiences for generations.

Join us July 10–18 as this extraordinary cast and creative team bring Anatevka to life.

Looking for a memorable way to begin your Fiddler experience? Join us for our Preview Party on Thursday, July 9 at 6:30 PM before the Preview Performance.

Inspired by the joy and celebration of Motel and Tzeitel’s wedding, guests will enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres from Flatiron Grille, open beer and wine bar, our featured Matchmaker Mocktail, live music from a member of The Jackson Symphony, photo opportunities with the cast, and a warm candlelit atmosphere before the curtain rises. 💫 Today 15 incredible Guild Jr. Summer Camp Interns arrived at the amazing The STAR Center, Inc. to begin training for Summer Camps 2026!

This week they’ll be diving into choreography, staging, music, camp leadership, camper safety, and teaching methods so we are ready to welcome our campers in the weeks ahead.

One of the greatest parts of summer camp is working alongside these talented young leaders. They are passionate about theatre, creativity, and performance—but even more importantly, they are passionate about helping introduce the next generation to what’s possible through storytelling, teamwork, and the arts.

Watching them grow into mentors and role models is a reminder of just how special this program is and how bright the future of theatre in our community can be.

A few spots remain in Finding Nemo KIDS, which begins next week, and 2 spots have just opened up in Madagascar KIDS!

Madagascar KIDS is one of Camp Directors Lindsay and Brandon's favorite shows. It's packed with hilarious characters, great music, big personalities, and nonstop fun. It's a show that campers absolutely love bringing to life!

This weekend, Jackson Theatre Guild holds auditions for The Da Vinci Code, a suspenseful theatrical thriller based on Dan Brown’s international bestselling novel.

When a murder inside the Louvre sets a chain of events into motion, two unlikely allies find themselves drawn into a mystery that spans centuries and challenges everything they thought they knew.

Directed by Billy Worboys, this production is seeking adults 18 and older.

Auditions will be held June 6 & 7 at 2:00 PM at Old City Hall, 314 E. Main Street in Jackson.

Performances: September 17–20, 2026.
