The Learning Web We are a non-profit organization in Tompkins County supporting youth and young adults as they find their place in the world.

The Learning Web has been working with Tompkins County youth since 1972, helping them make a successful transition from adolescence to adulthood. Assisting over 12,000 youth—3,500 of these homeless youth—our programs enable a diverse group of young people to participate in a range of services that include apprenticeships, employment and life skills training, as well as in a supervised housing program for homeless youth. Through these programs, our participants have developed valuable skills that support them as they find their place in today’s complex world. The Learning Web is a United Way agency
