THANK YOU to everyone who joined us to celebrate 50 years of strengthening neighborhoods, expanding housing opportunities, and helping individuals and families build brighter futures.

Together, we honored our history, recognized community leaders, shared stories of impact, and looked ahead to the future of affordable housing in our region.

Thank you to the Ithaca Voice for giving us a platform to share the important work we continue to do in our seven-county service area!

In 50 years, INHS has:

- Helped nearly 1,300 homeowners with major repairs to their homes and has provided over 9,140 free minor repairs to seniors and people with disabilities.
- Assisted nearly 9,000 residents find affordable, safe, and high-quality rental housing throughout four counties.
- Provided nearly $52 million to first-time homebuyers, empowering over 1,350 households to purchase homes with financial assistance of up to $20,000.

This is because of our wonderful community. We are so grateful and look forward to the next 50 years!
