We are parents, grandparents, alumni & community members with an interest in agriculture and a desire to support the Indfianola (IA) Community School District agricultue education program and the Indianola (IA) FFA chapter.

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by Sunday evening's tragic event -- the family who lost their son, the students who lost a friend and classmate, the responding law enforcement and emergency personnel, and the driver and his family.

To the Indianola school staff, we thank you for the additional support you are providing to our children as well as for your fellow teachers who now have an empty seat in the room.

We join the community to support each of you during these following days, weeks, and beyond.

As the new school year kicks off today at IHS, we want to send positive vibes to our FFA members, future members, and all ICSD students. Study hard, make good decisions, be safe, and have fun. Make this year one full of great memories!

As we wrap up day one of the Iowa State Fair, the Indianola FFA Alumni and supporters would like to wish our chapter’s exhibitors the best of luck as they take part in various competitions throughout the fair!

We would also like to congratulate and thank everyone who participated in or helped with the Warren County Fair! 🎡

Volunteers Needed for Tractor Tram Driving at the Iowa State Fair!

Looking for a fun way to support local agricultural education? The Pleasantville FFA Alumni is seeking volunteers to help with tractor tram driving at the Iowa State Fair!

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license. All volunteer shifts are in the tractors only parking lots.

Volunteers will receive:
☑️ Free Iowa State Fair admission ticket
☑️ Parking pass
☑️ Food voucher for each shift worked
☑️ Free t-shirt

All proceeds from this fundraiser support the Pleasantville FFA Alumni and help provide opportunities for Pleasantville FFA members.

Congrats to our FFA members who will be receiving their Iowa FFA Degrees next week! You've made us proud! 👏

The golden charm of the Iowa FFA Degree is the highest honor a state can bestow upon its members. During the 4th General Session of the 97th Iowa FFA Leadership Conference, 927 members will cross the Hilton stage to be recognized for this award. Find your seat by 3:45 PM on Tuesday, April 15, to help us celebrate these outstanding FFA members!

Feel free to share "good stuff" when you see something in a newspaper/magazine or on social media about FFA Alumni members you know. Let's work together in 2025 to share good news about fellow members!!!

The Indianola FFA Alumni is gathering information from members and friends about if and why you did or did not pursue your Iowa FFA Degree or American FFA Degree. Below is a link to a brief questionnaire (6 questions). Please take a few minutes to complete this. Your input will be used to help develop an incentive program to motivate students to receive these honors, especially an American FFA Degree. It's asked that you complete the questionnaire by 10/13. Feel free to share with anyone you know who was in FFA whether it be at Indianola or anywhere!

The purpose of this survey is to gather information and ideas to further encourage Indianola High School FFA members to earn an American FFA Degree. The Indianola FFA Alumni would appreciate your input on this topic. Thank you.

Today is the 1st day of classes at Indianola High School! The Indianola FFA Alumni & Supporters want to wish our local FFA members as well as the rest of the HS students GOOD LUCK!!! Whether it be in classes, co-curricular/extra-curricular activities, and sports we know you all will succeed.

As always, we also want to remind you to BE SAFE. We know driving and parking near/at the high school will be a challenge this year! Remember to plan ahead, take your time (maybe get out of bed a little earlier in the morning), and use the common-sense God gave you!!!
