As The 10-42 Project continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced financial professional to serve as our Financial Director.

This isn't just about budgets and reports—it's about helping build a sustainable organization that ensures current and former first responders and their families always have someone to walk alongside them.

We're looking for someone who has experience with:
• Financial oversight
• Budget development
• Financial reporting
• Nonprofit or business finance (preferred, but not required)
• A heart for service and a desire to make a lasting impact

This leadership role will work alongside our Board of Directors and leadership team to help guide the financial health of the organization as we continue to grow.

Every week, we walk alongside first responders and their families who are carrying unimaginable burdens. We share stories of hope, healing, redemption, and the life-changing love of Jesus. Those stories deserve to be told well, because someone on the other side of the screen may be one story away from asking for help.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Urbandale Fire Department for their t-shirt fundraising efforts and $1,000 donation to our organization in light of PTSD awareness month.

"We chose the 10-42 project as they have the same beliefs, values and principles we believe in," shared Cory with the Urbandale FD. "They have first hand experiences with mental health in first responders. The 10-42 project is what the first responder community needs and we are proud to assist them in anyway possible."

Our outdoor activities program is a vital component of our organization, providing a safe haven for first responders and their loved ones to unwind, connect, and find healing among like-minded individuals.

We believe that healing happens in community, and our goal is to guide people out of isolation and into experiences that foster restoration and hope.

The 2nd Annual LMF Memorial Rodeo, a charity rodeo event in Dayton, Iowa, will donate all weekend proceeds to the 10-42 Project, aiming to ensure mental wellness support for Iowa's First Responders.
