A few weeks ago, we told you the Indianola Elks Lode #2814 might just be one of the best-kept secrets in town.
Since then, we've let you in on a little of that secret.
We've shown you how our Members give back to our community. How we support local youth and veterans. How our Antlers are learning to serve right alongside us. We've shared a little Lodge history, introduced you to some of the faces behind it all, shown you the work our committees put in, and hopefully given you a better idea of what being an Elk can look like.
But there's one thing a Facebook post can't really show you:
What it feels like to be part of it.
So tomorrow, we're done telling you about it. Come see for yourself.
Bring a friend. Meet some people. Ask questions. Or just simply hang out and enjoy live music with The Band SPAM, who stepped in to keep the music going after Mother Nature changed our original plans.
And Members... if you've been waiting to invite someone, this is your sign.
