Katie, Josh, and James had an amazing day volunteering at KC Pet Project through their Dog Day Out program! We had so much fun with River, enjoying long walks, snuggles, and even a delicious pup cup! Volunteering is a big part of our Community-Based Day Services, and we love how creative our team is in making these experiences special! 🐾❤️

🎉 Today, Job One proudly kicked off National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) by welcoming business and community leaders from across the Kansas City region to our annual Business Partner Breakfast.

This year's theme, "Celebrating Value and Talent," recognizes the skills, contributions, and accomplishments of workers with disabilities and the important role inclusive employment plays in strengthening our workforce and communities.

We were honored to hear from an outstanding panel of leaders from Sporting Kansas City, the Kansas City Royals, and Kansas City Diamonds, who shared insights on building inclusive workplaces and creating opportunities for talented individuals of all abilities.

A special thank you to our sponsors, Cosentino's Price Chopper and OverBoard Coffee, for helping make this event possible, and to everyone who joined us in championing a more inclusive future.
