As we reflect on Good Friday and celebrate the joy of Easter, Cub Pack 282 is reminded of the greatest act of love the world has ever known.
On Good Friday, we remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, who gave His life for us on the cross. He took on our sin so that we could experience forgiveness, grace, and a restored relationship with God. That kind of love calls us to pause, reflect, and be truly thankful.
On Easter Sunday, we celebrate the victory—Jesus rose from the grave, defeating sin and death, and giving us hope that is alive and eternal. Because He lives, we have purpose, direction, and the promise of new life.
As Scouts, we are guided by the Scout Law, and the 12th point reminds us that a Scout is Reverent. This means honoring God, living out our faith, and showing respect for the beliefs of others. This weekend is a powerful opportunity to do just that—by remembering, celebrating, and living in a way that reflects Christ’s love.
Cub Pack 282 wishes you and your family a blessed Good Friday and a joyful Easter. He is risen!
