Sacred Selections KC An organization to help Christian families overcome the financial barriers of adoption.

Sacred Selections is a nonprofit organization with a mission to financially assist Christian couples whose hearts and homes are open to loving and raising a child in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Our KC Chapter is a group of local volunteers who organize events to help fundraise for local Christian families going through the adoption process. Our prayer is that each baby or child would be given a chance at life, a chance to learn about Jesus, and a chance to learn about love.

Adopting a child. Donating Auction Items. Event Sponsoring. Saying a Prayer. Sharing a Post. Liking a Post. Buying a Ticket. Filling a Seat at the Table. Being an Encouragement by Fellowshipping. Spreading Goodness about the honored Families of Faith.

Have you purposed any of these? We encourage you to do so! 🤍 Birmingham has the opportunity to do so many of these in one evening this month!

What does defending the cause of the fatherless look like? It can look like many different things depending on what you have purposed in your heart. Please come share in the fellowship of Christians and attend our annual Sacred Selctions Dinner and Auction on the 25th! Tickets can be purchased here: https://e.givesmart.com/events/P3C/

Today, we’re pausing to lift one of our Sacred Selections families up in prayer. 💜

This family has faithfully walked, and they are now awaiting a judge’s decision so they can set a finalization hearing and officially celebrate the adoption of their child.

Through every delay, every unknown, and every moment of waiting, GOD has remained faithful. We trust that He is working behind the scenes and ask you to join us in praying for this family as they continue to wait.

“Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!” — Psalm 27:14

Will you pray with us for this family today? 💜
