🎣🐟 8th Annual Tri-State Take Kids Fishing Day 🐟🎣

IBEW Local 317 is proud to host another amazing day dedicated to getting kids outdoors and making memories that will last a lifetime! 🌞💙

🍔 Lunch served at 12:00 PM

This event is the perfect opportunity to introduce kids to the joys of fishing and spending time outdoors! No fishing gear? No problem! The first 250 youth registered will receive a FREE fishing pole to keep! 🎣

Kids and adults can enjoy a free lunch while supplies last. All participants must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone.

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

Most Americans are still struggling to make ends meet. President Trump promised to “make America affordable again,” but he and his allies in Congress have driven up costs, suppressed wages, and allowed jobs to disappear.

Working families feel the squeeze, and Congress must address this affordability crisis now.

Instead of lowering costs, this administration has:
Dismantled government agencies and pushed out workers who provide essential services.
Stripped health care from millions and raised costs for families.

Attacked unions, targeted immigrant communities, and undermined fundamental rights.

Threatened infrastructure and clean energy projects that support good union jobs and help keep energy bills down.

Rewarded billionaires and corporations while unleashing untested AI without guardrails, putting jobs and civil rights at risk.

One year into Trump’s second term, working people pay more and face fewer protections. If this administration refuses to stand with working families, Congress must.

Please share the Fix the Affordability Crisis call campaign with others in your state/district and encourage them to use it to make their voices heard. In 2026, working people will hold leaders accountable.
