All of our services are complimentary and confidential. The medical office at Alight offers medical services which include consultations, pregnancy tests, STI testing and treatment, and limited obstetrical ultrasounds. Alight offers educational services which include classes for childbirth, breastfeeding, parenting, infant care, sex education, and more. Alight also offers material support in the form of diapers, wipes, formula, and clothing.

No matter where you are in your journey, you are not alone. At Alight, we offer free and confidential services including pregnancy testing, options consultations, parenting resources, material support, and referrals, so you can feel informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

We also provide compassionate support for those walking through abortion experiences or reproductive loss, because your story and healing matter, too.

If you’re planning to continue your pregnancy, it’s important to know that you have options and time to decide what feels right for you. ⬇️

Parenting may feel overwhelming at first. You may have a desire to parent in your heart, but your mind is worrying about finances, your future, and if you’re ready. Many people find support through parenting education, access to material support, ongoing emotional support and community care.

Having the right support makes a big difference.

Adoption is also a meaningful option. While it can be emotionally complex, it gives you the opportunity to make a thoughtful, loving plan for your child’s future.

Within the option of adoption, you have a lot of control. For example, you can choose the family, decide what level of contact you want to have, and create a plan that reflects your values.
