A spectacular Father-Daughter Dance for 2nd–4th grade girls was arranged by a team of 8th grade students and led by Upper School students Louise C. and Vivian L.

Saint Constantine faculty and staff celebrated Groundbreaking of the Student Life Center (SLC) by toasting the moment at the exact site where construction will soon begin!

We're thankful to Moeller's Bakery for providing the beautiful cake to help us celebrate this momentous occasion!

We also extend heartfelt thanks to Jeff's Bagel Run and Chick-fil-A (Fondren Rd at US 59), for gifting breakfast at our Oct 2 Groundbreaking event!

Students in Alex Clark's Upper School Art Practicum took a field trip to the Museum of Fine Arts Houston (MFAH), where they traveled from The Glassell School of Art through the underground tunnels to the Beck Building.

Art Historian and TSCS parent Dr. James Anno guided the students through European art, from the Medieval period through Post-Impressionism and Modernism, sharing how curators intentionally organize and present pieces. Iced coffees capped off the afternoon.

What a gift it was to experience the richness of art in our hometown of Houston!

Saint Constantine Senior student and former TSCS chorister Selah P, along with thirty-six other student vocalists from Greater Houston, passed two competitive rounds of auditions into the Houston Chamber Choir Youth Chorus. Auditions consisted of recorded vocalises and live sight-singing.

Houston Chamber Choir matched their student vocalists with Chamber Choir adult members who sang the same voice part in the HCC Buddy System. Putting it all together with musicians of the Houston Symphony last week was an exhilarating creative experience in Houston's professional performing arts scene.

A joyful milestone for TSCS!

This morning, our community broke ground on our new Student Life Center—a 13,000-square-foot space where students and families will grow, gather, and belong for years to come!

The celebration began with morning prayers on our South Campus, a special appearance by our Golden Eagle mascot riding a front loader, and students waving pennants in excitement. Parents, clergy, special guests, faculty, and staff then gathered on our North Campus for the groundbreaking ceremony, featuring remarks from Head of School Sarah Stieglitz and a beautiful performance of “Psalm 23” by our Constantine Chorale, led by Lauren Turner, Dean of Fine Arts.

We are profoundly grateful to Kinder Foundation®, The Brown Foundation, Inc., Sarofim Foundation, Kean Foundation, and The Mafrige Family for their extraordinary generosity and belief in our mission. We are inspired by their gifts and deeply grateful for their partnership.

Glory to God for this beautiful milestone and for the community bringing it to life!

In Mr. Antuzzi's 1st grade Art Class, students listened attentively to a reading of "The Star Money," a fairy tale recorded by the Brothers Grimm. In this story, a kind but destitute child is sustained as "Some stars from heaven fell down, and they were nothing else but hard smooth pieces of money, and although she had just given her little shirt away, she had a new one which was of the very finest linen."

The students reflected on this ancient story of human generosity and heavenly provision by creating their own crayon illustrations.
