Salaam & Eid Mubarak from CAIR-Texas to you and your beloved! 💙🧡

We make du’a for the safety and unity of our ummah, especially as hate continues to rise. But today, we lead with resilience.

Stop scrolling. We don’t know if we’ll see another Eid or another day of accepted du’a. Embrace every moment of goodness today.

As you drive to the masjid this morning, and after each salah, raise your voice:

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar. La ilaha illallah. Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, wa lillahil hamd.

Let His remembrance fill your gatherings and your homes.

🤍 Smiling is sadaqah. Your time is a gift.
🤍 Adhkar, istighfar, and du’a are your armor.

These are the blessed days of accepted du’a. Celebrate with the remembrance of Allah.

Taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum.🤲🏽

As we mourn the lives lost in the San Diego mosque shooting, we turn first to Allah asking for mercy upon the deceased, healing for their loved ones, and protection for our communities.

From that du’a comes responsibility: to remain vigilant, protect one another, confront hate, and safeguard every house of worship. May Allah grant the victims Jannah and strengthen our communities with faith, unity, and resolve. Ameen. 🤲

A man was arrested after allegedly threatening to “Kill all the Muslims and Jews” at Houston’s Ismaili Center.

As our communities continue grieving the deadly mosque shooting in San Diego, this incident is another painful reminder that hateful rhetoric has real-world consequences. Houses of worship must remain safe spaces for all people.

We welcome the swift arrest and urge community members to remain vigilant, document threats, and report suspicious or hateful activity.
