We have just a few spots remaining for our summer trips to Donner Pass and Olympic National Park. Don't miss out on the adventure of a lifetime! Students must sign up NOW and attend our mandatory Virtual Parent Meeting next Monday, June 8, from 6:30-9:00pm. Two- week trip includes all airfare, lodging, food and gear. Cost $100-$400.

Experience the wild during two-week summer immersion programs in Donner Pass and Olympic National Park. Participants learn camping skills, experience rock climbing or canoeing, and go on a guided 6-day backpacking trek. Students emerge with a stronger self and understanding of the world around them.

Happy National Trails Day! 🌲🥾

At The Woods Project, the trail is our classroom. It’s where our students discover their strength, build lifelong friendships, and connect with the world around them. Today, we celebrate the paths that lead us to new adventures and the volunteers who help us get there.

See you out there! ✨

Becoming a strong leader, one bead at a time 🪢

Every night during our summer trips, The Woods Project hosts a traditional bead ceremony honoring the accomplishments and resilience of our students. With each bead comes great honor, symbolizing our students' stories, growth and community.

Nothing beats the view from the top. Whether it’s Olympic National Park, Breckenridge, Donner Pass or anywhere the trail leads to, our students make the most of each moment and fully immerse themselves in the gorgeous scenery. The climb may be tough, but the views always make it worth it.

What skills do our students learn on our trips? Adaptability. Perseverance. Curiosity.

When our students embark on our summer trips, they embrace new challenges and learn a lot about themselves in the process, becoming well-prepared with the social and emotional skills needed for success.
