This is exactly why ABC Hawaii exists. Our apprenticeship programs are working to close the labor gap before it gets worse. Our e-learning platform is already training the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Am I bidding too low, or is everyone else just eating the loss too?

Here's the problem nobody says out loud. Most contractors in Hawaii grow their business the same slow way, one project at a time, hoping the right person happens to notice your work before the next bid goes out.

That's not a strategy. That's luck.

These are not one-company problems and no single contractor, union, or organization can solve them alone.
