MOLOKAI MISSION UPDATE

What began as a small effort with a few Cessna 172s, volunteer pilots and Kelma Lee Namakaeha has grown into something truly remarkable. Thanks to our partnership with Professional Asian Pilots Association , the Molokai Mission is now a full-scale operation.

And the timing couldn’t be more critical. Rising fuel costs have forced the suspension of barge service to Molokai, leaving shelves bare — human food and animal food alike. This mission is no longer just meaningful. It’s necessary.

We received an initial donation of 900 lbs of animal supplies and delivered 250 lbs yesterday. Today, we learned that ANOTHER 900 lbs has been donated, bringing the remaining total to 1,550 lbs.

Pacific Flight Academy has generously stepped up to the plate and offered to transport ALL 1550 lbs tomorrow night in their Cessna Caravan.

Aloha to Leahi Health The Villages , Rescue Kitties of Hawaii , Aloha Kitty TNR ,Alii Animal Hospital, and all of the amazing people who contributed.

We need loaders, TOMORROW, Saturday, June 13!

If you can help lease arrive by 4:00 PM at:

Pacific Flight Academy
14 Lagoon Drive, HNL

We are deeply humbled by the aloha and kokua this mission has inspired.

Mahalo plenty!

🌺 A huge, heartfelt ALOHA to for sponsoring the Aloha Aviators booth at Expo 2026! 🌺

Louis’ generosity didn’t just support our volunteers it helps amplify our missions and expand our ability to serve communities that need it most. Support like this makes a real difference and helps make future missions possible. Together, we can make a difference.

And WOW, what can we say about the PAPA 2026 Dream Team? Every member showed up with a servant’s heart, sleeves rolled up, and ready to make a difference. Their dedication, energy, and willingness to put others first is what makes this organization so special.

Want to get involved? We’d love to have you!

Join us on our Honolulu–Molokai mission on June 11, where we’ll be delivering animal supplies, back-to-school essentials, and nutritional support to communities in need.

Meet Aria & Athena — newest (and youngest!) volunteers and donors! 💛✈️

These two incredible girls decided on their own to donate their gently used toys to children who would truly treasure them. Their generosity was so big it took two trips to to make it happen!

After school, Aria and Athena’s father drove them to (because it wouldn’t fit in a Cessna 172), where they were warmly greeted by Mary K. to donate their kitchen set and dollhouse — two very special gifts that will bring so much joy to their new owners.

On the ride home, the girls couldn’t stop talking about how rewarding it felt to find a loving new home for their toys. That says it all.

Proof that there is no age requirement for philanthropy — just a willing heart. 🌺

A heartfelt thank you to Aria, Athena, their family, and everyone who helps create moments like these — ones that will be remembered for a lifetime. 🙏

Aloha nui

While a majority of Aloha Aviators are based in Hawaii and California, one of our newest members, Luna Flynn, wanted to bring our mission closer to her home in Texas. Through her efforts, she organized and collected hygiene items to donate to a local community organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children.

The donations were given to The Pythian Home in Weatherford, an organization providing safe, supportive environments for foster children and children in need. Their work creates stability, care, and hope for so many young people, and we are honored to have been able to contribute to their mission.

A huge shout out to Luna who took the ball and ran with it to make a positive impact in her community. Luna took the initiative! We are excited to see what other amazing missions Luna will coordinate in the future.

On May 16th, volunteer flight instructors Eugene, Candace, and Nobi flew animal supplies to at EAA Airport Day in Sonoma Park — made possible entirely by our generous community.

Gloves. Crates. Puppy pads. Disinfectant. Every item collected, every dollar donated goes directly to protecting animals and Flying Tail Volunteers from disease and keeping them healthy. 💛

This is just the beginning. Our volunteer pilots are ready for their next mission — flying animals to veterinary care and supporting their return to the wild after recovery. 🌿

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, shared, and showed up. You make this work possible.

Shoutout to Luna F., our high school volunteer from Dallas, Texas — who coordinated with Flying Tails during the entire mission LONG-DISTANCE, across time zones, with incredible dedication and heart. Luna, you inspire us all. If there’s a will, there is a way!

Every share, donation, and kind word fuels our mission.

Like, share and leave us a ❤️ if you support our animal rescue!

Last Friday, nine Aloha Aviators answered a simple question: what does it feel like to be a child in foster care who runs out of shampoo — and has no way to get more?

The answer was not one but ✈️✈️ planes, packed to the brim.

Before we ever left the ground, a group of high school and college student volunteers showed up without being asked twice — designing posters, going door to door, and collecting hygiene products from their classmates and community. They just made it happen.

Together, we flew shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, razors, and more — straight to Rebekah Children’s Services in Gilroy, CA.

The mission in numbers:
✅ 9 Aloha Aviators volunteers
✈️ 2 planes
💵 $250+ in cash donations
📦 $500+ in supplies delivered
🧴 Hundreds of hygiene products in the hands of kids who needed them most

A special shout out to for their generous donation!

Inflation has made even the most basic essentials hard to come by for many foster families. What feels small to some of us carries enormous meaning to a kid who already has so little.

None of this happens without our incredible volunteer pilots: Ashlee, Astra, Elise, *Eugene, *Jinwoo, Luna, *Nobi, Ploynisa & Shubkarman.

And to everyone who donated — this was you. Every bottle, every dollar, went directly to a child.

This is who the Aloha Aviators are. We break down the barriers that have kept aviation out of reach — and we show underserved communities that the sky isn’t the limit. This is “just” the beginning. 🌺
