Jubilee has been a non-profit developer for over 20 years. One of our biggest projects to date is the Midtown Block where we renovated both the Midtown Center and Midtown Village, reconstructing them into the successful buildings they are today. Jubilee still owns and operates the Midtown Center, now a community building and hub of non-profit office spaces.

Jubilee creates pathways to first-time homeownership through the development of attainable housing in West Michigan. The majority of available housing in our community is priced above what the average family in Holland can afford. We build the missing middle housing our community needs to flourish.

If you or someone you know is looking to purchase a home in Holland, reach out to Jubilee today!! [email protected] OR jubileeholland.org

We will be building 8 new townhomes in downtown Fennville. We are so grateful for their partnership and support as we start working towards breaking ground and starting construction.
