We’re grateful for the partnership and support of Holland Board of Public Works in helping make energy-efficient homeownership more accessible in our community.
Through their innovative energy efficiency rebate programs, Holland BPW has supported Jubilee in building highly efficient, 100% electric homes in Holland — totaling more than $140,000 in rebates over the past two years.
These homes are designed for households earning 80–120% of the area median income and feature:
• Cold-climate heat pumps
• Heat pump water heaters
Combined with Holland BPW’s low electric rates, these technologies are expected to help residents save annually on utility costs compared to similar homes using traditional gas heating.
We appreciate Holland BPW’s leadership and creative approach to supporting more attainable, for-sale housing opportunities throughout their service area. Partnerships like this help create homes that are not only more affordable to purchase, but also more affordable to live in for years to come.
