Jubilee wrapped up our largest project to date this Spring as well as a 6-house project... What now?
Holland runs on people who can't afford to live here anymore.
Looking to the future, Jubilee has several projects on the horizon, all in various stages of planning. We're excited to share we have closed on the property in the City of Fennville where we will be building 8 townhomes (renderings of project attached).
Last fall we announced our largest project to date, a development in partnership with Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity and Gateway Mission, with the goal of building over 100 houses. The project will support transition housing all the way up to market-rate for-sale housing. A true mixed-income community.
We are also in communications with several local entities and new partners looking at projects that would tentatively create 8-40 houses, depending on project viability.
With each of the projects we are working towards, the BEST way to help Jubilee more forward and be nimble as we find property and opportunities, is to donate. All funds donated help us build working capital so we can purchase land as it becomes available and begin construction.
Additionally, donating to Jubilee's operations helps us continue to thrive as a small, but mighty, team of 4.
