We are currently in need of HR professionals to assist job seekers at its in person meetings, on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month, from 6-7 p.m. (CST), in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Dennis Majewski, who consults with job seekers to optimize their job search strategies, will provide the most effective strategies for a successful job interview.

Dennis is also heavily involved with the PONG networking group out of Milwaukee. He also assists staffing agencies develop job descriptions and attract outstanding candidates, while maintaining correspondence with the candidates to optimize compatibility with the companies they are placed at.

Dick Pagano, a retired attorney who practiced law for more than 45 years as an in-house counsel for various Chicago area corporations, will provide information about what interview questions are and aren't legally appropriate. He will also provide strategies to answer these questions.

These strategies will include the use of informational interviews, strategic positioning, and outreach essential to all job seekers. This presentation will provide strategies on how to distinguish yourself in the job market and expedite career transitions. Participants will also receive a workbook with tips and resources.
