Support EYEsee's Franklin & Marshall College Chapter Relay for Life Team! The chapter will be promoting EYEsee while making a difference in the movement to end cancer:

"Almost all of us have been touched by cancer in some way, so we've decided to make a difference by raising money and walking in our campus American Cancer Society Relay For Life event. At the event, our team will take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society in the world’s largest movement to end cancer.Our team is taking action to help finish the fight and prove that our generation is making a difference. “Being able to be part of such an important mission has changed my life for the better. Being able to contribute to EYEsee has made me feel that I can make a difference and help those who are in need of it. The sense of sight is one of the most vital components needed to live life fully, and being able to aid those who have trouble with sight is a rewarding feeling unlike any other. I have introduced my friends to EYEsee and they have grown just as dedicated to it as I have, and I plan to further my chapter in the near future.”

From 2008 to 2011, EYEsee has been working to build the largest collection of used eyeglasses in the Northwest Chicago-area. The eyeglasses collection drives benefit the poor in Haiti, the Philippines, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the West Bank, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Our partner humanitarian organizations have ongoing medical missions in those countries and they are appealing for our help because their supplies of recycled eyeglasses have been significantly down in the last few years.
