RCLI RCLI is short for the Richmond Christian Leadership Initiative. We equip Christian leaders to help Richmond thrive.

The RCLI leadership program assembles an annual Class of people from across the Richmond, VA Christian community. Each Class member's personal leadership journey will be advanced by 1) exploring the issues of our Region from a Christian/Kingdom perspective and 2) connecting with other Christians from denominations and churches and who are similarly drawn to actively serve God in their communities, professions, and churches.

Incredible morning at the Annual Christian Prayer Breakfast! Powerful prayers for unity, healing and repentance…radical generosity of Mt. Gilead (and delicious breakfast!!)…and such an encouraging time to see and catch up with so many friends.
