As we reflect on this important moment in history, we recognize that creating opportunity for all young people is an ongoing responsibility. At the Boys & Girls Club of Henderson County, we are committed to ensuring every child has access to a safe place to learn, grow, and thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Our mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. On Juneteenth, we reaffirm that commitment and celebrate the diversity, strength, and promise of the youth and families we serve.

Together, we can continue building a future where every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Our K–1 Club Kids spent the day yesterday exploring the Greenville Zoo, meeting incredible animals, and making unforgettable summer memories. We think it's safe to say the monkeys weren't the only ones having fun! 🐒💙

What a day on the course! On May 11, golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters came together at Bright's Creek for our annual Drive for Kids Golf Outing benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Henderson County. 💙

Thanks to this incredible community, the tournament was a tremendous success and will help provide opportunities, mentorship, and resources for the youth and families we serve all year long.

A special congratulations to Steve Johnson, winner of this year’s $2,500 raffle prize! Steve has been a longtime champion for Club kids through his service on the Drive for Kids planning committee and the continued support of Southern Alarm & Security. We’re grateful for his dedication to helping create great futures for local youth.

☀️ The first week of Club was filled with energy, laughter, and new adventures! Our members enjoyed exciting field trips, engaging programs, and great meals together. While the Club has been closed, our staff has been putting in major work behind the scenes! Over the past two weeks, our team has dedicated their time to training, cleaning, organizing, moving furniture, and decorating classrooms to ensure we provide the best environment possible for our members.
At the Club, we strive to make every member feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors. We do this by investing in our staff through meaningful training and creating classroom spaces that are fun, engaging, and inviting.
A huge thank you to our incredible staff for the endless time, effort, and heart they have poured into preparing for summer. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!
Our Summer 2026 theme is “America Needs Club Kids!” 🇺🇸✨
This summer, our members will explore America right from their classrooms — traveling from North Carolina to New York, Seattle, Florida, and even Hawaii through exciting activities, lessons, and experiences.
Summer 2026, we are ready for the endless memories, laughter, learning, and adventures you will bring. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to the Club! ☀️💙
