The Medical Loan Closet hosted the quarterly meeting for the Area Agency for Aging Resources/Land Of Sky. Maureen Graham, our Executive Director, provided an overview of our mission to the group.

We’re looking for dependable volunteers to help in our equipment processing area, where donated medical equipment is returned, cleaned, and prepared to serve the next neighbor in need.

What you’ll be doing:
• Helping clients unload returned equipment
• Pressure washing and cleaning items
• Drying and sanitizing equipment
• Lifting and organizing equipment back into storage
• Working as part of a supportive, mission-driven team

💪 Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
☀️ Comfortable working indoors and outdoors

This is hands-on, meaningful work that directly impacts neighbors in need — and it’s a great way to stay active, build connections, and give back.
