Henderson County Education Foundation Founded in October 1986, the Henderson County Education Foundation, Inc.

(HCEF), has provided an ever-changing resource aimed at improving the educational experience for Henderson County students and citizens for over 30 years. The Foundation has managed the Henderson County Education Hall of Fame since its founding in 2003. Today, HCEF manages various funds and grant programs that, with your help, can be replenished or expanded to enhance public education in our community. This past year, HCEF distributed over $350,000 to Henderson County students, teachers, and schools.

Great schools are built by great leaders, and Henderson County is fortunate to have so many principals making a difference in the lives of students, educators, and their school communities. 💙

For National Principals Month, we're especially excited to celebrate this year's Principal of the Year, Dr. Joni! This recognition is a reflection of the dedication, leadership, and care that make such a lasting impact on a school community.

At HCEF, one of our favorite opportunities each year is our Annual Education Celebration, where we recognize the incredible educators who go above and beyond for Henderson County students. Alongside our Teachers of the Year, we have the privilege of celebrating the Principal of the Year and shining a spotlight on the people who make our schools such special places to learn and grow.

To all of our HCPS principals, thank you for the countless ways you show up for students, support educators, and lead your school communities. We appreciate you this month and all year long!

Here's to celebrating the people behind the difference! 💙

A huge thank you to Echo Hill Flower Farm for providing the beautiful space and flowers, and to Bethany Joy for guiding us through our painting masterpieces!

The best part? Every dollar raised will help support students and education in Henderson County! 💜

We’re so grateful to everyone who came out and helped make this night so special. You all made it a real scream! 🎃🖌️

🎶 Bringing all four county high schools together through the power of music!

The Berrian Concert brought students from all four HCPS high schools together for one incredible collective performance, celebrating their talent, dedication, and love for the arts.

This year, a special piece was composed just for the Honors Orchestra group, titled Wildcat Run, showcased here! 🐾

Supporting the arts means creating opportunities for students to explore their talents, build confidence, and experience the joy of bringing something extraordinary to life together. We love seeing these opportunities come to fruition and watching our students shine!

💚 This is why we support the arts. This is why we invest in students.
