🇺🇸🤝 Showing Up for Veterans Matters. 🤝🇺🇸

The 22 Walk is about more than completing laps. It’s about coming together, supporting veterans, and bringing attention to su***de prevention.

We’re grateful to have PENTA and the PENTA Cares Foundation standing alongside Veterans Social Club and continuing to support this community through their time, involvement, and sponsorship.

😂🇺🇸 You Know You’ve Got Stories. 🇺🇸😂

Some conversations with veterans go from normal to completely off the rails in about five seconds.

From shirts earned along the way to stories about 29 Palms, Camp Wilson, questionable wildlife decisions, and apparently having a preferred Sharpie size for the porta potty… this one covered a lot of ground. 😂

That’s part of what Veterans Social Club is all about. Getting veterans together, having a good time, and being around people who understand the stories without needing much explanation.

🇺🇸 4th Annual 22 Walk: thank you, Las Vegas. 🇺🇸

We walked at O'Callaghan Park in Henderson for veteran su***de prevention, then closed it out together at Sticks Tavern.

Thank you to for putting on this event year after year, and to every veteran, family member and friend who showed up and walked with us. Every step was for the ones we've lost and the ones still fighting.

🥎🇺🇸 Some Friendships Just Pick Right Back Up. 🇺🇸🥎

There’s something different about veteran camaraderie. You can go years without seeing each other, then meet back up at an event and it feels like no time has passed.

That’s what makes nights like this special. Veterans Social Club brings people together through softball, coffee meetups, galas, business events, and plenty of other opportunities to reconnect and build new relationships.

🥎🇺🇸 Win or Lose, We Show Up Together. 🇺🇸🥎

After 23 years in the Army, finding that same sense of camaraderie outside the military can be hard. Veterans Social Club gives veterans a place to compete, connect, and be part of a team again.

Wednesday night softball is competitive, but it’s also about supporting each other through the good nights and the bad ones.

Sometimes we leave with a win.
Sometimes we leave knowing what we need to work on next week.

Either way, we’re doing it together.

🇺🇸🤝 Building Connections Before the Uniform Comes Off. 🤝🇺🇸

Transitioning out of the military can come with a lot of unknowns, and having the right people around you can make a big difference. Veterans Social Club gives active-duty service members a chance to start building those connections before that transition happens.

It’s more than just showing up to play. It’s learning from veterans who have already been through the process, having people to talk to, and being reminded to take care of yourself physically and mentally along the way.

💪 Take care of yourself along the way.

For active-duty members, having a community in place before getting out can make that next chapter feel a little less uncertain. Whether it’s advice, support, or simply having someone to call, those relationships matter.

🇺🇸🤝 Sometimes You Just Need a Place to Show Up. 🤝🇺🇸

Moving to a new city and not knowing anybody can be tough. For one Air Force veteran, Veterans Social Club became a way to meet people, build friendships, and find that sense of community again.

What started with simply showing up turned into real connections, sporting events, hockey games, football games, and more opportunities to get together with people who understand where you’re coming from.

🍻 Come as you are.

You don’t have to be good at sports. You don’t have to drink. You don’t even have to know anybody before you show up.

Whether you’re active duty, retired, or just feeling isolated, come hang out with us. Sometimes that first step can turn into friendships, memories, and a community worth being part of.

🧠🇺🇸 More Than a Sponsor. More Than a Vendor. One of Us. 🇺🇸🧠

One of the best parts of the Warrior Clay Classic wasn’t just the shooting, the camaraderie, or the competition.

It was meeting incredible veterans who have turned their own challenges into missions that help others.

One of those veterans was Connor Secor, a Navy veteran and the founder of Thumos.

Connor spent the day doing what veterans do best: showing up for other veterans.

He wasn’t just handing out samples. He was having conversations, sharing experiences, listening to stories, and participating alongside everyone else on the range.

Thumos was built with a mission to help address some of the challenges many veterans face, including the effects of traumatic brain injuries and improving the gut-to-brain connection—an area of health that is gaining more attention for its impact on overall wellness, performance, and quality of life.

What stood out wasn’t just the product.

It was the passion.

Veterans helping veterans.
One conversation at a time.
One connection at a time.

That’s what events like the Warrior Clay Classic are all about.

We bring together people from different branches, backgrounds, careers, and experiences, only to discover that we’re all still chasing the same thing:

🤝 Connection.
🎯 Purpose.
🇺🇸 Community.

A huge thank you to Connor and the entire Thumos team for supporting the event, supporting veteran wellness, and spending the day building camaraderie with our community.
