Empowering Women in Tech & Our Parks 💡🌳 We’re excited to highlight a recent collaboration with Women in Computer and Data Science (WiCDS), a student organization at UC Berkeley that supports women in tech. Over the past few weeks, the team worked diligently to develop a Park Score Index & Dashboard for Hayward Area Recreation & Park District and the H.A.R.D. Foundation.

This final deliverable provides a high-impact, data-driven roadmap by integrating community and operational indicators to prioritize park maintenance and investment where it's needed most. We are incredibly impressed by the brilliance of these students. Their work ensures our park planning remains equitable and data-informed for years to come.
