We are thrilled to announce the next International Congress of Pueri Cantores in Rome, taking place December 2028–January 2029!

Held every five years, this unforgettable pilgrimage gathers thousands of young singers from around the world for a week-long celebration of sacred music, prayer, fellowship, and participation in the New Year’s Day Papal Mass at St. Peter’s Basilica.

Additional events include the Mass of Nations, Prayer for Peace, Christmas caroling throughout Rome, Vatican tours, opportunities to sing for liturgies in churches across Rome alongside fellow Pueri Cantores choirs from around the globe, and much more!

We warmly invite all U.S. Pueri Cantores choirs to begin considering this extraordinary opportunity!

All the choirs sang beautifully at the Pueri Cantores Northern California Choral Festival. Thank you to American Federation Pueri Cantores for hosting the workshop and mass. Thank you as well, to all choristers, music directors and families who participated. As Bishop Barber said in his homily, Catholic choirs singing sacred music, especially the ones at the various Pueri Cantores Choral Festivals, bring people closer to God.

🎄 JOY TO THE WORLD — THE LORD IS COME!

We wish you a blessed and Merry Christmas! Today, we celebrate the truth that changes everything: God is with us!

Why do we ring bells 🎶🔔? For Mr. Meyer, the passion began on a childhood trip to Europe with his mother, where the synchronized ringing of city-wide church bells ⛪️🔔 captured his imagination. He brought that inspiration home to the GGBC, continuing a Church tradition that dates back to the 5th century.

Historically, bells were more than instruments; they were a signal of "Sacred Time." They were used to ward off evil, announce the miracle of the Eucharist (Sanctus bells), and call the faithful to prayer.

As you listen to our bellringers, may you hear the ancient call to worship and the fresh joy of Christ's birth!
