We’re sorry to announce that we will not be holding the Hayward Odd Fellows Chamber Meeting Music Project this summer (2021).

Our plans are to reopen in 2022. We also plan to temporarily raise the student age limit to 20, for those who have had to miss the last two years.

It took us a while to decide, but the Hayward Odd Fellows Youth Chamber Music Project will not be taking place in 2020.

We can’t figure out any way to rehearse and perform consistent with social distancing. Sorry.

But, please, chamber music players, let us know how you are doing.

We’ll be adding a year to eligibility requirements, so in 2021 we’ll be serving ages 12 or so through 19.

The 7 (!) groups of the 2019 Odd Fellows Chamber Music Project, making a joyful noise!

Last night was the first rehearsal of the 2019 Youth Chamber Music. We have 26 students, seven groups, and seven coaches.
It was crowded, but such a joyful noise!
Don’t forget our Concert on August 10, 3pm. It’s free (but we will accept donations of up to 10 million dollars).

Looking forward to the first rehearsal of the 2019 Chamber Music program. Everyone should have received their music and will come prepared for fun music making starting Monday July 29. Bring music stands, pencils, instruments and music!
