Another successful Superhero Academy!! At HSH&L, we make learning fun, interactive, and engaging!💛

A huge thank you to our leaders for creating creative and educational booths that made this year's Staff Skills Fair a memorable experience.

And a special thanks to Aimee Robertson for coming out and bringing us her "Silo-Busting" booth, focused on breaking down departmental barriers and strengthening teamwork across our campus. We also loved having Maddie B. from Home Office Recruitment join us. Thanks for the encouragement and Cassia swag!

Most importantly, thank you to all of our staff who participated and completed their skills training. Your commitment to excellence and resident care is what makes HSH&L shine. You are the true superheroes of HSH&L!🦸✨

Happy Spiritual Care Week!

During Spiritual Care Week, we're honoring those who provide comfort and spiritual support to our community. Today, we're celebrating Alem, our Chaplain at Hastings Senior Health & Living, and thanking him for the compassion and encouragement, he shares with residents, families, and team members each day.

Through his prayers, kindness, and faithful presence, Alem helps bring comfort to our community. We are grateful for the meaningful difference he makes and for the light he brings to those around him.

Yesterday, our employees enjoyed delicious Colombian coffee from Malekü Coffee Truck as a thank-you for helping us reach our employee engagement survey completion goal! ❤️

Yesterday was a busy and exciting day at Hastings Senior Health and Living! 💙

From celebrating a baby shower for our lovely Staffing Coordinator, Alivia, who we will miss so much, to welcoming some special visitors from Home Office who came to celebrate our amazing team and our deficiency-free annual survey, there was lots to be happy about! 🎉

We also enjoyed a yummy salsa bar as a little treat to celebrate everyone who has completed our Annual Employee Engagement Survey! 🌮
So much to celebrate and so many reasons to be thankful for our wonderful team!💛

In honor of National Love People Day, we decorated 120 Meals on Wheels bags, to help spread kindness, encouragement, and a little extra joy throughout the community of Hastings. We hope each colorful bag reminds its recipient that they are loved, valued, and cared for.
