Teen/Young Adult Grief Support Group This is a grief group, specifically focused on Teens and Young Adults. It's open to 14 years old and up! We meet the first Wednesday of every month.

Danny Bibeau and I started this group to be a safe space for young individuals to express grief and not feel the pressure of "getting over" the loss of your loved one.

We will be meeting at the senior community center in Hastings, MN at 6:30 p.m.
Feel Free to invite other individuals from the ages: 14 - 25 to come!

Hey Y’all. I know it’s been a while since we posted but just a heads up that we will be having Young Adult Grief Group this Wednesday at 6:30 pm at the Senior Community Center in Hastings.

All AGES from 12 - 30 are welcome to come. This is a safe space to talk with others about grief and the passing of a loved one.

AND we’re doing things a little different.
We want YOU to bring your loved ones favorite SNACK ! 🍟🍿🥨

If ya'll could bring something that is close to your heart from your sibling, that would be great. An example is something from your sibling, or something that reminds you of them.
