The Hanover Food Pantry provides a 3-5 day supply of non-perishable food to any Hanover resident or Hanover church parishioner who is in need.

No one in acute need is refused assistance. Open for client food distribution on Wednesdays 12:30pm to 2:30pm and last Saturday of every month 11:30am-1:30pm

Donations can be left in our donation shed 24/7 (located at side entrance nearest Center School) Additionally, donations can be left in donation bin, located inside main entrance of Sylvester School

Donations of gift cards/checks can be left in our locked drop box, located at front entrance of Sylvester School

We had the pleasure of visiting our newest community partner, BIRDCODE, during their grand opening here in Hanover! 🎉

And they’re giving back in a big way — BIRDCODE is generously donating $1 for every sandwich sold between now and September 20th to the Hanover Food Pantry. ❤️

Their sandwiches are seriously delicious — hand-breaded, cooked to order, and made with antibiotic-free chicken. So head over and grab lunch or dinner, enjoy an awesome sandwich, and help support the Pantry while you’re at it.

Great food + giving back to our community = a definite win-win! 🙌

We are thrilled to partner with Birdcode Hanover for its Grand Opening! $1 from every sandwich will be donated to the Hanover Food Pantry! When: Wednesday 9/16 - Sunday 9/20 (across from Cumberland Farms, next to Starbucks).

Have you visited our NEW Community Farm Stand yet?

Each Saturday from 10:30 AM–12 PM, stop by the South Shore YMCA Family Farm to see what's fresh from this week's harvest. While most of the produce grown at the farm is donated to local food pantries, any extra is available free of charge for anyone in our community.

It's one more way the South Shore YMCA is growing healthier communities; one harvest at a time. 💚

Come explore the farm, visit the gardens, and take home a little taste of the season!
