BREAKING: A federal judge just blocked Trump's name from the Kennedy Center — for the SECOND time.

U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper ruled Tuesday that the Kennedy Center board cannot inscribe "renovated and restored by President Donald J. Trump" on the building, nor rename the campus "President Donald J. Trump Plaza," without congressional approval.

This is the SECOND time Cooper has blocked exactly this effort, after previously ordering Trump's name stripped from the facade back in May. "The board resolution bucks a federal court order and a statute Congress enacted," Cooper wrote bluntly.

Congresswoman Joyce Beatty, who's led the legal fight against Trump's takeover, didn't hold back: "President Trump is holding the Kennedy Center hostage unless he can put his name on this sacred memorial. The Court just rejected this proposal for the second time. This unlawfulness is as breathtaking as it is wrong."
