Hanover Historical Society Presents:
A Kick-Off Event for the Hanover 300th
Sponsored by Frank Giglio Properties and Coastal Heritage Bank

Join the Hanover Historical Society for its 98th Annual Meeting. There will be a brief business meeting with officers reporting on Society activities for the past year. This will be followed by a special premiere showing of Hanover 300, a short documentary film celebrating the town’s 300th anniversary. The film presents the history of the town along with contemporary people sharing what Hanover, this old New England town, means as a modern community.

Saturday October 17th 3pm & 6pm

Join the Hanover Historical Society for a Haunted Hanover History walk through the Hanover Center Cemetery. Hear stories of Hanover’s ghosts, infamous tales of hauntings, malice, madness, and learn about the dead sleeping (or not sleeping), beneath the headstones of the oldest burying ground in town. Tours are FREE and take place at 3:00pm (daylight) and 6:00pm (after dark). Bring a lantern or flashlight for extra spookiness. The tour will take one hour.

CANCELLED!!

4th Annual Craft Fair, Saturday September 26th

After much deliberation and talking with the Directors of the Library and the Historical Society, we have decided to cancel the craft fair on Saturday due to the impending storm. We are deeply saddened that this is how things worked out, but unfortunately it does not seem like it will be safe conditions for vendors or patrons to attend.

Hopefully we can plan another similar event soon and invite you all back.

4th Annual Craft Fair, 514 Hanover Street, Saturday September 26th 10am-2pm

Join Hanover Historical Society and the John Curtis Free Library for our Fourth Annual Craft Fair! With more vendors and more space it will be bigger and better than ever! Shop a variety of local products from homemade decor, to jewelry, books, and food! Join us on Saturday September 26th from 10am to 2pm at the Stetson House (514 Hanover Street). Parking is available at the Library next door!
