Backsnacks Program of Harris County

Backsnacks Program of Harris County 501C Helping fight food insecurity in Harris County, Ga. This organization is currently in place at Pine Ridge and Park Elementary.

The Backsnacks Program of Harris County is a student led organization located at St.Nicholas Episcopal Church that serves to provide meals during weekends and breaks to students that depend on the free lunch program on school days. Following spring break, New Mountain Hill, Mulberry Creek, Creekside, HCCMS, and the PLC will be added. Due to the rapid growth the program has experienced, additional

effort will be required. This page will be used to spread information on how to assist the program, such as opportunities to pack food and donate.

BackSnacks packs are wrapped up for the year! thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who have helped out this year, and a big congratulations to the new BackSnacks teen leadership! We ended this pack with a celebration including banana splits, thank you to those at St. Nicholas for being so supportive of this program
