Friends of the Hubbard Free Library The Friends of the Hubbard Free Library sponsor library programming throughout the year, as well as fund-raising events such as books sales and raffles.

Our volunteers make it all possible! Come join us!

We need book luggers! the library's biggest fundraiser of the year is Old Hallowell Day, and we can't make the book sale happen without volunteers. If you can spare an hour between 9am and 12pm on Sunday to help carry un-sold books into the cellar, it would be a tremendous help! (and you can choose to take home some books, too!) Please comment if you can help and we'll add you to the list.

Our booth will be located in Granite City Park & filled with used books, up-cycled book art, and a whole lot of library love 💛.

Story time to be hosted by on the grassy hill by our booth too! (weather dependent)
