The icing was put on the cake today at Iron Heights Apartments in Gardiner. NeiderBuilt Welding made this incredible custom sign for the building. They CNC cut the lettering on plate steel and put a rusted patina finish with a piece of galvanized steel sandwiched between to highlight the letters. The black heavy steel design is supposed to pay homage to the former TW Dick Steel Company that previously stood at this site and supplied so much of our area with construction steel materials. Great job Josh Neiderer!

There’s an open house for our new apartment building (Iron Heights Apartments) in Gardiner this coming Wednesday starting at 9:00 AM. Interested tenants are welcome to tour and fill out an application for the remaining units. Income limits apply and move-in is slated for mid/end June.

Join us for an Open House at Iron Heights located at 1 Summer St., Gardiner, ME 04345 on Wednesday, May 27th from 9:00 AM to 12:00PM, where we’ll have a sample set of units available for viewing. 1-Bedroom Apartment Homes.
