There’s an open house for our new apartment building (Iron Heights Apartments) in Gardiner this coming Wednesday starting at 9:00 AM. Interested tenants are welcome to tour and fill out an application for the remaining units. Income limits apply and move-in is slated for mid/end June.

Join us for an Open House at Iron Heights located at 1 Summer St., Gardiner, ME 04345 on Wednesday, May 27th from 9:00 AM to 12:00PM, where we’ll have a sample set of units available for viewing. 1-Bedroom Apartment Homes. Big day yesterday at Stevens Commons as we had a groundbreaking ceremony for the new student housing building for the University of Maine at Augusta. We are eager to jump into construction on this brand new building that will house 62 more students a cafeteria and a sports court. We’re just so thankful that UMA has entrusted us again to help expand their options for more student housing.

Here’s a cool shot of our newest Mastway Development project called Iron Heights Apartments in the City of Gardiner, Maine. It was a really tight site to fit the 32 unit building but its in an incredible location in walking distance to all kinds of stores, restaurants and downtown amenities with views over the Kennebec River. Lajoie Brothers Inc pulled it together seamlessly and Preservation Management, Inc. is now starting to take applications for tenants to move into these new units this June. This is the beginning of Acorn Lane, a brand new city street with public water, sewer, natural gas, underground electric, fiber optic internet, paved with sidewalks, granite curbing and decorative street lights…. Bringing all of that through a hill of ledge. We had to blast a 14 foot deep trench through the ledge for the water and sewer. All the blasted material was excavated, hammered down to smaller pieces and then run through a rock crusher to reuse the material as road gravel. And people wonder why construction has gotten so expensive…
