📖 Discipleship Lessons of the Week: Take Care of What You've Been Given
This week our students learned a lesson that's getting lost in today's culture: take care of what you have.
We live in a world where everything is disposable. If it breaks, toss it. If it gets dirty, ignore it. If something newer comes out, replace it. But God calls us to something different. Everything we have, from our van to our phones to our shoes to our time, is a gift from Him. Being a good steward means honoring God by taking care of it.
So today we got our hands dirty and showed some love to the YFC van. That van carries students to church, to work, and to places where their lives are being changed. It deserves our care. 🚐
Stewardship isn't about how much you have. It's about how faithful you are with what's already in your hands. Take care of the little things, and God will trust you with more.
Question for you: What's something God has given you that you could take better care of this week?
