Let the GEFFE spotlight shine on ROWAN GEER, VALEDICTORIAN of the Class of 2026!

**GEFFE is excited to recognize excellence in education by showcasing the GEFFE Top Scholars, Class of 2026! Grove High School Seniors who have maintained a weighted grade point average of 4.0 or higher throughout their high school years are bestowed the honor of GEFFE Top Scholar! Congratulations and best of luck to each of these remarkable students!**

ROWAN GEER is the daughter of Kerri and Jason Geer. She plans to attend Harding University to continue her academic and athletic career. She will pursue a degree in Biology.

Rowan has maintained a 4.0 or higher during her entire high school career while taking Advanced Placement (AP) classes including AP Language, AP Literature, AP US Government & Politics, AP Computer Science Principles, AP Computer Science Applications, AP Calculus, AP Statistics, and AP US History.

In addition to her rigorous class schedule, Rowan served as President of both National Honor Society and Interact Club and Vice President of Character Counts and the Class of 2026. She was inducted into Mu Alpha Theta and Oklahoma Indian Honor Society and was a member of Heritage Club and Grand Savings Bank Board. Rowan also spent much of her time competing on the Grove Varsity Basketball and Track Teams.

Rowan is an AP Top Scholar, Rotary Student of the Month, 4 x 800 State Champion and named to Superintendent’s Honor Roll and All-State Track. She will represent the Class of 2026 as Valedictorian!

- “Mrs. Tharpe, Ms. Johnson, and Mrs. Jeanne Smith have made a lifelong impact on my education. They have all pushed me to my fullest potential and their guidance and influence has prepared me for the collegiate level.”

How has GEFFE impacted your education?

- “GEFFE allows Grove Public Schools to thrive and transform our learning. Through donations for lab equipment, lesson plans, and books, GEFFE has created a positive environment and high-achieving academic individuals.”

How do you feel about being recognized as a distinguished GEFFE Top Scholar?

- “I am extremely honored and humbled to be recognized as a GEFFE Top Scholar. Their commitment to my education is inspiring and I am thankful to be a representation of countless donations and grants awarded to GPS.”

Is there any additional information that is special about your education from Grove Public Schools that you would like us to share?

- “Without the incredible staff at Grove Public Schools, my education would not be a fraction of what it is today. I was able to achieve my academic goals because of them. Our teachers pour their hearts and souls into their students, and I am very lucky to be a part of that.”

IZABELLE REYES is the daughter of Edna and Edvardo Reyes. She plans to attend University of Central Oklahoma pursuing a degree in Biomedical Sciences on a pre-medical track.

Izabelle has maintained a 4.0 or higher during her entire high school career while taking Advanced Placement (AP) classes including AP Language, AP Literature, AP US Government & Politics, AP Computer Science Principles, AP Calculus AB, and AP American History.

In addition to her busy class schedule, Izabelle was inducted into National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta. She was a member of Grove’s Marching and Jazz Bands, Interact Club, Character Counts, and Math Club. Izabelle is a 5-year NBDA All-District member, Junior STEM Scholar and received 6 OSSAA State Solo & Ensemble Superior Ratings. She was named to Superintendent’s honor roll all four years of high school and will represent her class as Co-Salutatorian!

IZZY DOZIER is the daughter of Brittni and Josh Dozier. She plans to attend University of Oklahoma on a pre-medical track working toward becoming a Pharmacist.

Izzy has maintained a 4.0 or higher during her entire high school career while taking Advanced Placement (AP) classes including AP Language, AP Literature, AP US Government, AP Computer Science, AP Calculus AB, and AP American History.

In addition to her rigorous class schedule, Izzy was inducted into National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta. - “Mr. Joseph Wilhelm, Mrs. Terri Guthridge and Mrs. Joan Jonson…These people have continued to encourage me though out high school and have helped shape me into the person I am today.”

How has GEFFE impacted your education?

- “GEFFE has provided many books and resources throughout high school as well as many new instruments for the band to help us achieve the highest level of musical performance that we can.”

- “I’m very grateful that GEFFE takes time to recognize not only my hard work and achievements, but also the other talented and dedicated students in my class.”

My teachers and many other staff members have been some of my main motivations to come to school every day for my past four years of high school. PAISLEY YARBOROUGH is the daughter of Paige and Matt Yarborough. She plans to attend Oklahoma State University pursuing a major in Biology on a pre-dental track working toward becoming an Orthodontist.

Paisley has maintained a 4.0 or higher during her entire high school career while taking Advanced Placement (AP) classes including AP Language, AP Literature, AP US Government, AP Politics, and AP American History.

In addition to her rigorous class schedule, Paisley was a member of the Cherokee Challenge Bowl Team, Cherokee Language Bowl Team, Heritage Club, and served as a Grove High School Intern with the Grove Chamber of Commerce. Paisley was also a Cherokee Art Competition and Cherokee Writing Competition winner.

- “Miss Kristi Hampton has been such a positive, driving force in my high school career. She always encourages us to work hard, stay focused, and do our very best.”

- “Throughout my years at Grove Public Scholls, I have been impacted daily by grants written by my teachers funded by GEFFE. From hatching butterflies with Mrs. Gibson in Pre-K to reading novels in high school, many special projects and fun-filled days have been thanks to GEFFE.”

COLBY WATSON is the son of Sabrina and Dallas Watson. He plans to attend Colorado School of Mines, where he is committed to play football and will pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Colby has maintained a 4.0 or higher during his entire high school career while taking Advanced Placement Pre-Calculus and earning concurrent college credits in Composition I, Composition II, Government, and Sociology. In addition to his busy class schedule, Colby was a member of Varsity Football, Varsity Track, Varsity Basketball and BETA Club. He was a member of 3 Rivers Conference All-Tournament Basketball Teams 2023-24 and 2024-25. Colby was named 2024 2A All District Running Back, 2025 Class 4A District 4A-III Offensive MVP, and 2025 4A All-Star by Class Quarterback, and was the 2025 Class 2A State Runner up in Shot Put

KAITLYNN WARNER is the daughter of Jennifer and Rick Warner. She plans to attend Oklahoma City University pursuing a major in Musical Theater.

Kaitlynn has maintained a 4.0 or higher during her entire high school career while taking Advanced Placement (AP) classes including AP Language and AP Literature. She has also earned concurrent college credits In History and College Algebra.

In addition to her busy class schedule, Kaitlynn is very active in Show Choir and Drama, participating in District and All-State Choir, Solo, Ensemble, One-Act Play and Speech competitions. She was named Ridgy Student of the month twice and earned the GHS Junior STEM Scholar award. Kaitlynn is a member of Superintendent’s Honor Roll and will graduate Top 10% of her class.

BRENNON WALL is the son of Erin and Ryan Wall. He plans to attend Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida pursuing a degree in Recording Arts and Audio Engineering.

Brennon has maintained a 4.0 or higher during his entire high school career while taking Advanced Placement (AP) classes including AP Literature, AP Language, and AP US History. In addition to his busy class schedule, Brennan was inducted into National Honor Society and is a member of Show Choir, Varsity Track, and Character Counts. He has been a State qualifier in Hurdles all four years of high school and is the recipient of The Creative Minds Scholarship from Full Sail University, receiving $38,000 toward his tuition. Brennon will graduate Top Ten Percent of his class.

LEXI STEPHEN is the daughter of Misti and Darrick Stephen. She plans to attend Missouri State University pursuing a major in Business. She is also signed to the Missouri State STUNT Team!

Lexi has maintained a 4.0 or higher during her entire high school career while taking Advanced Placement (AP) classes including AP Government and AP Environmental Sciences. She also earned concurrent college credits in Psychology, Sociology, Comp I and Comp II.

In addition to her busy class schedule, Lexi served as President of Student Council/COW Week and Secretary of the Class of 2026 from 2022 to 2026. She was an active member of the Grove Varsity Cheerleading and STUNT Teams, Interact, and Character Counts. Lexi was inducted into National Honor Society and named to All-State Cheer, Superintendent’s Honor Roll and Ridgy Student of the Month. She was a member of the 2023 High School Cheer State Academic Championship Team and will graduate Top 10% of her class.

A***N SMITH is the daughter of Kathy and John Diffe. She plans to attend Oklahoma State University pursuing a major in Animal Science on a pre-veterinary track.

A***n has maintained a 4.0 or higher during her entire high school career while taking Advanced Placement (AP) classes including AP Language and Composition, AP Literature, AP Environmental Science, and AP Statistics. She also earned concurrent college credits in Speech and American Government.

In addition to her rigorous class schedule, A***n served as Secretary of both National Honor Society and Student Council/COW Week. She was an active member of Grove Varsity Soccer, Math Club, Interact, and Character Counts. She was an Integris Hospital Intern and served on the Bank of Grand Lake Student Board. A***n was inducted into National Honor Society, Indian National Honor Society, Math National Honor Society (Mu Alpha Theta), and named to Principal’s Honor Roll. She will graduate Top 10% of her class.
