If anyone loves yardwork and wants to help out, meet me at Dillard's Pond (Viking Mountain Rd.) tomorrow morning with your w**d eater between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. We are cleaning it up in preparation for the Firefly Festival!

A little accidental ASMR; has nothing to do with me editing the wrong sound 🤪

♻️💚Sustainable Style💚♻️

Donating gently used clothing to thrift stores or the collection bins at the Greene County Convenience Centers helps keep reusable items out of the landfill and supports a more sustainable community.

Shopping at thrift stores is another great way to reduce waste, save money, and give items a second life.

Donate with purpose. Shop with impact.

🌟 WE SEE YOU! WEDNESDAY 🌟

Keep Greene Beautiful is proud to recognize Jerry Griffin and Alan Corley with our We See You! Wednesday award!

These two gentlemen have been instrumental in organizing the Nolichucky River cleanups following the devastation of Hurricane Helene. Their connections with residents, volunteers, and community groups (Nolichucky Restoration Project and David Crockett Birthplace State Park ) helped bring these efforts together seamlessly, and their behind-the-scenes work has made a tremendous impact on our community.

Thank you both for your leadership, dedication, and commitment to helping restore our river and support Greene County. 💚♻️

🌸🏡 May 2026 Yard of the Month! 🏡🌸

Keep Greene Beautiful, in partnership with Broyles General Store & Emporium, is proud to recognize Victoria Adessa as our first Yard of the Month winner for 2026!

Located at the corner of Carson Street and Linden Avenue, Victoria’s whimsical garden is a true community treasure. Her colorful collection of flowers, plants, and trees invites everyone passing by to stop and take in its beauty.

Victoria sources her plants from Broyles General Store & Emporium and The Garden Basket, and she has an inspiring goal for her garden: to become a National Sanctuary for Monarchs, creating a safe haven for monarch butterflies and other pollinators. 🦋🌼

Thank you, Victoria, for helping make Greeneville more beautiful and environmentally friendly! 💚
