Meet the Coach Monday: Meet Izzy! She will be coaching level 2 and Silver.

“I have been a part of the ymca gymnastics program since elementary school and I just couldn’t get myself to ever leave, haha! The ymca has given me so many friendships and opportunities to grow! If it wasn’t for great coaches and great friends I wouldn’t be here! It is such a privilege to be able to shape and watch gymnasts grow throughout their time here. I always want them to feel safe and see the YMCA as a happy place filled with happy and loving people that care!”

Meet the Coach Monday: Meet Ashlynn! She will be coaching level 3, 6, XCEL Platinum and Gold.

“I coach gymnastics because I love watching the girls light up when they achieve a new skill they’ve worked so hard for. I want to be someone they can trust and come to when they need support, while also being the kind of encouraging coach I needed when I was younger!”

Meet the Coach Monday! Up first: Coach Abby! She will be coaching level 4, 5, 7 and 8.

“Hi! I’m Abby and I have been coaching gymnastics for 8 years! I grew up on the YMCA gymnastics team and found my love my for coaching as I gradtuated high school. I love coaching gymnastics because it allows me to empower young athletes to develop confidence, resilience, and strength through challenges!”
